Deposit
Deposit
To reserve your spot in the agenda and to spend time on your design, we ask for a deposit. This keeps the planning fair and prevents no-shows.
How much?
25–50% of the total price (depending on the project)
Rescheduling & Canceling
We understand that plans sometimes change. Let us know as soon as possible, and we'll look for a solution together.
Up to 48 hours before your session
- Free rescheduling or canceling
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded
- In case of rescheduling, the deposit remains and will be deducted from your new appointment
Within 48 hours before your session
- Canceling or rescheduling is possible
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded
- In case of rescheduling, the deposit remains and will be deducted from your new appointment
No-show (not appearing without canceling)
- The deposit is completely forfeited (no refund)
- The reserved time is lost
Tip
Please let us know 24–48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend, even in case of illness. The sooner you contact us, the more we can think along.
Health & Age
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to be tattooed at Valkyrie Tattoo. An ID check may be done during your first session.

Contraindications (if in doubt: contact us)
For your safety, we cannot tattoo in all situations. Contact us in advance if any of the following points apply:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Certain skin conditions
- Blood clotting medication
- Immunosuppressants (recent)
- Certain medication (consult doctor)
- Excessive alcohol or drug use
Photo Usage
During the booking process, we ask for your permission to use photos of your tattoo for:
- Portfolio (website and social media)
- Marketing and promotional material
- Artist portfolio and references
